These animated commercials were part of Camp and Hershey’s partnership for an extra spooky and sweet Halloween. Hershey joined Camp by Walmart to create the first branded integration in a star-studded virtual camp of interactive videos.

Camp by Walmart is similar to the choose-your-own-adventure books of the past. Harris pops up on the screen and gives kids and families options of what to pick next. The video doesn’t continue until the user has clicked an option.

Sweet results

59% of purchasers were new buyers, defined as someone who purchased after exposure to the Halloween campaign but had not purchased Hershey products in the previous 52 weeks.
